Urban Decay recently announced their upcoming launch of the new Naked Heat palette! I must admit that my heart skipped a beat when I first saw it. I just new in my heart, that this was the palette for me. The Urban Decay Naked palettes are some of my favorite palettes, I own every single one of them so far. My favorites are number 1 and 2. The Naked 2 palette was the first palette I ever bought and it’s still one of my favorites to this day.
The only downside to the palettes are that they aren’t as warm as I would like them to be, and some shades even appear a little ashy on me. So you can imagine my joy when I saw the shade range of this new palette. I just knew that I needed it in my life ASAP.
Just like the previous palettes in the Naked Palette series, this palette will contain 12 shades. Can we just take a moment and look at these shades. I mean, LOOK AT THEM. Do you understand now why I’m obsessing? Can you feel my hype? I can literally hear it calling my name.
Those first three shades are kind of “meh”, but the rest of them are giving me life. Especially Lumbre, He Devil, Dirty Talk & Scorched. Hell, even Cayenne, En Fuego, Ashes & Ember are making me feel some type of way. I haven’t been this excited for a new launch in months. I think the last time was the Anastasia Beverly Hills collab with Mario Dedivanovic and that was back in October/November of last year?
Are you excited yet? I’m sitting here wishing could already get my hands on it. I love warm neutral shades. My favorite palettes are exactly that; warm & neutral. And I know I’m not the only one. There is a reason why the Morphe 35O palette & the Holy Grail palette by Violet Voss have been so popular and almost constantly sold out. Urban Decay might be a little late hopping on this bandwagon, but honestly, is it ever too late to launch a neutral palette full of warm shades? Well, if you ask me the answer is obviously no.
The Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette is available on June 30th and July 10th for online retailers, and July 13th in stores! So start saving your pretty pennies right now because it won’t be cheap.
