FEBRUARY FAVORITES 2017

My least favorite months of the year are February and March, and I feel like that has come through in my make up this month. I feel like I have been stuck in this rut where I’m completely uninspired and just plain tired. Tired of work, tired of my life, tired of everything and everyone. And I was lucky enough to contract Bronchitis a couple of weeks ago and I’m still feeling the effects of it. So this month of February my main focus has been to look healthy and not so tired. That’s why I’ve been loving the following products a little extra:

Sensai | Silky Purifying Silk Peeling Mask
Still a favorite in my skin care routine and has been since I bought it back in January. Can’t get enough of how it makes my skin look and feel. My best beauty purchase so far this year.

Giorgio Armani | “Sí” Perfume
My go to perfume at the moment. I alternate between this and Lancôme’s “La Vie Est Belle” & Valentino’s “Donna”. But lately I’ve mostly been reaching for this one.

MAC | Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in “Give Me Sun!”
My all time favorite bronzer. I use this every time I wear make up, and this month I’ve really been trying to get back that bronzed glow I had after getting back from Brazil two months ago. My tan on my face is completely gone, but this helps me to not look so pale.

Becca Cosmetics | Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in “Champagne Pop”
This month I’ve been alla bout that healthy glow and using anything that can help me achieve it. Including using this highlighter which just happens to be my all time fave.

MAC Cosmetics | Lipstick in “Captive”
This is such a beautiful color. It a bold color, but it still works as an everyday color because it’s not too bold. I love it.

Essie | Nail Polish in “Lady Like”
A beautiful and elegant soft mauve shade that looks perfect with anything. It’s one of those perfect everyday shades that looks good and matches any outfit, without being just a plain nude nail polish. This is one of those nail polish shade everyone needs in their collection.

I went and bought myself the Laura Mercier Oil-Free Tinted Moisturizer and the end of February, because I wanted some coverage, but really light weight. I wanted my skin to still look like my skin but better, if you know what I mean? I’m trying it out right now to see if it holds up. That purchase is probably the only exciting beauty product I’ve bought in February. I actually think it’s the ONLY product I bought this past month. Anyway, you’ll know in my upcoming March favorites if I liked it or not.
